7 - Compatibility of the target device
You are aware that you have to read the Compatibility Policy carefully before placing an order for the subscription.
You are aware that before installing the Software, you have to check the compatibility requirements of your target device.
If your device is incompatible with the Compatibility Policy, you may not install and use the Software application.
If you have failed to comply with the Compatibility Policy before the subscription, you agree that it is your responsibility and will not be refunded.

You understand that if you require that your device be compatible with the Compatibility Policy to use the Software, you are to jailbreak or root your device correspondingly.
